For so long, I struggled with being “too small.” Clothes didn’t fit, people made comments, and no matter how much I ate, nothing seemed to work. I felt invisible, frustrated, and honestly… a little lost.


But what I realized is that weight gain isn’t just about food.

It’s about confidence. Routine. Healing. Balance.

It’s about showing up for yourself—consistently, patiently, and with love.


That’s why I created this space.

I coach women who are tired of feeling overlooked and are ready to grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Through 1:1 coaching, high-calorie meal ideas, beginner workouts, and mindset tools, I help you build the body you want without losing the softness that makes you you.
